Risey ("we", "us") is an AI coaching service delivered via Telegram. This policy explains what we collect, what we don't, and how your information is handled.

What we collect

• Your first name and Telegram user ID.
• The fitness goals and preferences you share in chat.
• Messages, photos, and check-ins you send to Risey.
• Billing metadata passed to Stripe (your plan and Telegram ID).

What we don't collect

• We do not collect medical records, government IDs, or health-provider data.
• We do not store your card details — payments are handled entirely by Stripe.
• We do not sell your data. Ever.

How your data is stored

Conversations are stored in encrypted form on our servers and used solely to power your personalized coaching. Access is limited to systems and staff who need it to operate the service.

Third parties

We use Stripe to process payments and Telegram to deliver messages. Each operates under its own privacy terms. We share only the data those services require.

Your rights

Ask Risey to delete your data at any time — email hello@risey.app and we'll remove your account and conversation history within 30 days.
