Not medical advice

Risey is a fitness and wellness coaching service powered by AI. Risey is not a doctor, registered dietitian, physiotherapist, or other licensed medical professional. The workouts, nutrition suggestions, and coaching conversations Risey provides are for general fitness purposes only.

Consult a physician

Before starting any new exercise or nutrition program — especially if you have an existing medical condition, are pregnant, or are recovering from an injury — consult a qualified healthcare provider. Stop training and seek medical attention if you experience pain, dizziness, or any concerning symptoms.

Payments

All Risey plans are one-time payments processed by Stripe. There are no recurring subscriptions. Refund requests can be made within 7 days by emailing hello@risey.app.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Risey to harass others, to request medical diagnoses, or to share content that violates Telegram's or applicable laws' rules.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Risey and its creators are not liable for injury, loss, or damages arising from use of the service. You use Risey at your own risk.

Changes

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
